Our instruments are successfully exported to America, Europe and Australia and have the corresponding Certificates of quality.

Each batch of medical instruments SUVOROV® before its selling passes special stages of quality control: the quality of metal, solidity (according to NATIONAL STANDART 21239-93), resistance to corrosion, visual and mechanical control.

Guarantee for medical instruments SUVOROV® makes 1 year under condition that all terms of THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CARE AND STERILIZATION OF MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS stipulated by THE NATIONAL STANDART 42-21-2-85 or EN ISO 17664 are strictly kept.

THE INSTRUCTIONS VIOLANCE CONSIDERABLY REDUCES THE TERMS OF THE INSTRUMENTS LIFETIME (the loss of mechanical functions, corrosion, rust, darkening of the metal and so on).

SHORT RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE CARE AND STERILISATION OF MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS

Sterilize instruments according to NATIONAL STANDART 42-21-2-85 “The sterilization and disinfection of medical products. The methods, means and modes”. The conditions and equipment used for sterilization should meet these Standards.

It is believed that stainless steel is durable and resistant. But in fact it is also can be damaged by different mechanical, thermal and chemical factors.

 The main points

The new instruments should be cleaned before sterilization.

Exactly follow the instructions of manufacturer of the cleaning products concerning concentration, exposure time, temperature.

Begin processing the instruments immediately after surgery manipulations.

Before processing the instruments with joints make sure that the joints are open.

Before the processing instruments should be disassembled (only collapsible instruments).

Make sure the cleaning products and accessories are appropriate for the type of processed instruments.

Do not overload washing machines and ultrasonic devices. Make sure that the instruments are not obscured by each other.

Never use metal brushes or sponges for hand cleaning.

After cleaning the instruments should be scrupulously rinse, preferably by demineralized water.

After rinsing, carefully dry all instruments.

Corroded, deformed, damaged instruments should be selected and processed separately.

For sterilization the instruments with racks should be opened or be closed only on one level

The sterilization won’t replace cleaning.

The Pre-rinse

Clear cold water (without additives) for the initial flushing of dirt and foaming substances.

The Cleaning

The cleaning should be hold under the temperature 40-60°С while cleaning agents are to contain neutral PH products with or without  enzymes and alkaline solutions.

The Thermal disinfection/finalrinse

The thermal disinfection should be hold under temperature 80-93°С during appropriate exposure time. The using of demineralized water helps to avoid the appearance of water stains and scum on the processed instruments.

The Autoclaving (steam sterilization)

In general the autoclaving is holding with saturated steam under 134°С. The instruments with a lower thermal stability can be autoclaved under 121°С but for longer period. The method of sterilization should be conformed to the accepted standards and be suitable for products that should be sterilized. The packaging for sterilization must have suitable quality and be appropriate for the chosen method of sterilization.
